my laptop has been running mad slow whenever i try and open applications or i'm on the internet. so at first i figured i had some spyware or trojan horses, or viruses. I ran AVG anti-virus/spyware removal and came up with nothing, so i'm like wtf. than i checked the windows task manager and see that my CPU usage goes up to like 100% shortly after I turn the laptop on and when i open I.E. it shows that it is taking up most of the cpu usage. it will fluctuate back and forth too like it will be at 100% go down to like 80/60/etc then shoot back up to 100% again. so yea my shit is fugged up and i don't know what's wrong with it, any suggestions?
