apparently after the salesman got so shook by me after questioning the differences in monies he called upon the manager who told me that they charged me the wrong amount in the payoff in addition to a (wait for it...................)

1000.00 lease buyout fee..

Of course I challenged that right?

I tell him that it is way over and above of what dealers charge and I shouldn't really give you shit but since I am a nice guy I will offer $_______

At first he doesn't budge in which I counter with legal notices etc...

Then he says...

Oh we just throw that stuff anyway..

Ok fine I say but that won't stop me from obtaining a summary judgment and a filing a UCC Lien on your person every 5 years, I have a lifetime Eric and there is a lot of legal knowledge in this head of mine.

He pauses....

"What if I pull back this deal...."
