what exactly is all this stuff? apparently if you talk in certain jargonistic ways, you are above certain aspects of the state's judicial proceedings. not giving your full name in court, sending back debt letters and court summons with "not for contract" written on the front, not writing your name in capital letters, representing yourself in court because apparently enlisting legal representation entails contracting with the state. apparently these means invalidate any power the state may have over you.

although this is the sort of stuff that david icke fans rave about, many somewhat more rational people appear also to believe that this stuff is true.

are their any real solid examples of people who have flaunted the legal system by these means? i have personal experience of people attempting to use these methods and falling flat on their arses, and STILL not just giving up.
