i think it is many factors and it is hard to really pinpoint racism as something that is genetic. That is far too much of a claim because if we don't know how neuroscience works we have no idea of how evolution ties into brain development and our survival. It seems inefficient on a large scale. I think the premise of us going against each other (different races) b/c we are wired this way is faulty. I think it is all on the environment and we act upon that.
I think we have the power of "reason" to realize that we are the same, but the power of "deception,ignorance,fear," can easily takeover that "reason" and turn someone into a racist devil. so no I don't beleive evolution has anything to do with it.
