Arsenal managed to not fall prey to what was a brutal midweek of games for most top teams, giving them a boost as they get ready to travel to the Etihad. The season has had many pluses for them but away games are clearly not one. There are some reasons for optimism though, with Suarez (who could be starting) arriving on loan from Barca to hopefully strengthen the link-up with their forwards, and City exhibiting some surprisingly sloppy play at times.
OGS had his team raring to go in the second-half on Tuesday, overcoming a 2-0 deficit to get a point and thus showing that he obviously has the players firmly in his corner. Going to Leicester might be a different story though, considering how bad of a matchup the Foxes can be for big teams. Liverpool will try to get over the disappointment of not fully capitalizing on City's loss this week, but going to West Ham might be trickier than it looks. The Hammers have lost badly in two straight away games, but beat Arsenal 1-0 in their last home League game.
On Sunday PSG have their last dress rehearsal before the CL clash with United, as they go to Lyon. In Spain Real have another game against a surprise top team, as they host Alaves who beat them in dramatic fashion back in October.
