The biggest issue is that Joe seems like a guy who kind of needs to run the show and isn't someone you can just plug into any offense but I think there's a GM dumb enough to go after him.

I could see the Kings packaging a number of their crap deals for Joe. Maybe even add 'Reke to make the talent even.
