all of this stemmed from increased defensive pressure (esp vying for position in the paint), contesting shots, and continuing to attack on offense

the lakers, not so much

kobe was pretty much flat all night, and the bench was their usual selves. gasol & bynum never got into much of a rhythm and before you know it, okc has a double-digit cushion.
