Late 90’s early 2000 had defenses winning SB’s with QB’s like Dilfer and Brad Johnson.
Big Ben, Rodgers, Eli, Brady, Peyton, Cam Newton, Russell Wilson, Matt Ryan, Stafford, Rivers.
Pretty much had a renaissance of great QB’s.
It’s like giving the NBA commisioner credit for ratings. Nah, that’s Lebron and Curry and them...
As long as you have superstars you will have good ratings. It’s more so about staying out of the way and I think this is where Goodell is fucking up. He’s doing too much. Granted nothing goes up forever but this is when Goodell has to show he can do his job.
