Man...after reading that post on Manny's shoulder...I'm seeing that some of us are in some pain out here. So...what are your injuries, OKS? Self-diagnosed? Overuse shit or a specific event that you can recall? What treatment you undergoing? Myself...I'm dealing with what I have read to be bicep tendinitis. The pain travels from underneath my bicep up to my shoulder. It varies in intensity. Most times, I feel absolutely nothing. I can do curls with a barbell or dumbell, but when I turn my wrist AND perform a curl...as in a hammer curl...MURDERRRRRR (c)Ja Rule. The other day I was doing some work in the garage with no issues. Went to pick up the ladder (grabbed each side with a hand and lifted straight up)...I damn near had to throw it back down. I have an appointment with a Sports Medicine doc next Thursday. I'm scared dude is gonna tell me to stop lifting.
