The day the words were coming through my head and I was working out on the elliptical machine I had myself going. However mostly, this piece was written to affirm how grateful I am that at this point in my life, I am committed to take time every day to give back to my health and working out on the elliptical machine, treadmill, taking a cardio or weight class is one way I make this happen.
