as someone who tends to spend a lot of time working on individual beats, I'm still jealous of and amazed at Madlib's ridiculous output. I mean, how do you give someone a CD with *fifty* beats on it -- CONSISTENTLY?

anyhow, that "Madvillainy 2" section at the end reminded me that that was the point when I started to fall out of love with Stones Throw. they made it clear it was a remix record, but I still felt giving it that name was misleading and just plain not very cool (sounds like Doom wasn't 100% on it either). I wonder if a new Madvillain album would come out via ST or Rappcats.
