Sure, they were cheesy. My 12 year old self didn't know that at the time though.

I revisited their 1st two albums the other day.
A LOT of it holds up. Really well crafted R&B pop tunes written by the likes of Dr. Freeze & Spyderman, Howie Tee, Jam & Lewis, and the group themselves.
