what awards shows are missing these days are

long ass, rambling speeches about the power of love
to change the world for the better.

stevie could talk for as long as he wanted to,
and they never played the "wrap it up" music for him.

kids these days don't know the excitement
of tuning in for an awards show, and rattling odd guests in
alphabetical order, and hear the announcer put some stank on it
when they got to the end: "and stevieeeeee wonder!"

if your awards show don't have stevie wonder as the last name on that roll call,
to this day i am low-grade disappointed.

his name needs to be there.
when it's not, i feel a void.


yeah, we need more stevie wonder acceptance speeches.
