Prince was a average biting hybrid in the 70's and he was a marginal act with alot of Potential don't get it twisted.

the best Prince year IMO was in 82. 1999 and what time is it though that album was good,not great. nasty girl one song for vanity 6 and alot of fluff which the Mary Jane girls burried.

Changing Faces was a better girl act than anything Prince put out IMO.

prince's B Sides ain't aged that well aside from a few. and right about now those are better than anything he has put out in 20 plus years and even some of them are 2nd tier tracks IMO.

Stevie Wonder was a good singles act in the 60s and a Great all around artist in the 70's and hit and miss in the 80's.

Prince only had one run and everything else been a little hit and alot of miss and that is why he knows he is a incomplete act.

you can hate on ARRUH all you want, however every era R. kelly got an album that holds it own and thensome.

he still got folks talking about a new album almost 25 years in his career,whereas Prince stopped having folks talk about it after 88.

and it ain't like Prince ain't tried to come back like he is Sugar Ray Leonard Jr and my,my,my @johnny Gill short term Prince memory of him trying to be Gangsta and a corny Gun Microphone and his corny take on rap, new jack swing and Auto tone.
