I mean, we don't even know people's real names here. We don't know their faces or races or true genders.

Unless you're talking about building a moat around the Lesson and setting up some sort of draconian Ministry of Extermination to ideologically cleanse the board, I don't see what can be done.

This is an open group. We don't have a stringent membership review process. Once someone signs up, they can post what they want as long as they don't link make posts about other posters or link to pr0n or copyrighted content.

Trying to clean up the Lesson from the top down is futile. I think the solution comes from the ground level, which is just people making good posts. Yes, I know that concept of "good posts" is of itself somewhat ambiguous... but it's really all we got.
