The one with Erykah singing background on the hook. It starts off with a soft beat, but when Andre comes in with his verse, the beat and bass line totally change to this heavier, funkier rhythm. I lost my mind the first time I heard that.

Also, in "Lobster and Schrimp" by Timbaland and Jay-z, that guitar part in the third verse really made me perk up.
