I know how *extremely* predictable I am on these issues but the "interesting" textures/soundscapes and Joe Gore's guitar-playing led to a MUCH less intense result. "Dry" and "Rid of me" are *still* my favorite PJ albums and while she has made good records afterwards (including "To bring you..."),the sound/style on the first two was the ideal IMO...
