As said...yeah, y'all were THE head of the South historically...and many people argue that Miami and some parts of Florida don't feel like the traditional, stereotypical South, which is true. But if you want to define the 4, maybe 5 true regions of America, VA definitely falls into the South...DC might have an argument, and of course that means Northern VA would like to be in that argument as well. But to me, it's West Coast, Northeast/East Coast, the Midwest, and the South....and maybe the Great Plains would describe the "Flyover" states like Montana, Dakotas, and even Colorado.

But yeah...I get what you're saying, but I think most folks still accept VA as being the South. And the demos are dope
