First time it happened was summer break from college. I was on scholarship for basketball + another academic grant, was ~18 at the time and was just spending the summer playing in mad leagues, working out and relaxing.

This project chick I was hollering at tells me I'm lazy, that I need to get a job and make some money like a real man instead of sitting around.

Oh, hell naw. I think that's around when I learned to just start "ghosting" jawns hard when they pull that shit.



Similar but like 20 years later, another chick I was hollering at tried to sell me on some MLM shit. Argued with me about what 'passive income' means. Then called my life "mediocre" because I didn't want to switch from being a well-paid tech worker to a pyramid scheme hustler.

Nah.
