A good number of outlaw biker OGs were people returning from war, and felt disconnected from society. Biker clubs were the closest thing they had to the sense of down for each other brotherhood and purpose that they felt in the military. Many of these clubs (outlaw and not outlaw) either started or increased after Vietnam the same way they did after WWII. It would stand to reason, the POW/MIA flag would be part of it.
