"My Mother is holding customer service hostage."


  

          

I am with my Parents taking care of my Mom while my sister is out of town. Mom dukes has been on the phone for 25 minutes explaining the machinations of her account. I want to intervene, but then that is a fight for the rest of the day. I hope the person on the phone has a video game or something to keep them occupied during all of this.
