So wifey went to a bbq over the weekend. I didn't go. She said the group was racially mixed but a very artsy vibe...which is her type. In any event she tells me she's talking to a couple of dudes that she met there. They were talking about various subjects dating, married life, etc. and whether its better to marry someone who is very similar to you or someone who is different/opposite and kinda balances you out.

So wifey starts saying how me and her have a mix of similarities but are still different ie we are both nerdy but in different ways. So they ask how, she's like she's nerdy in the sense of (whatever she described) and i'm like okayplayer nerdy.

Of course they didn't know what it was(unless they were fronting lol) but i told wifey that's not something i broadcast to people but couldn't exactly explain why. I'm like i just don't lolol.

She's like whats the big deal, if they know what okp is then they are that type of nerdy too if they don't know what it is then they won't know. I'm like NO! If they did know what it was its because they are on it but aren't gonna admit it, which is the whole point!!!

smh, she ain't get it but she knows not to mention it again.
