"Cartoon Characters Who Read Black"


          

I've always attributed Blackness to certain non-human cartoon characters. Sometimes the character is voiced by a black actor, other times, it's based on a real black person, but sometimes theirs' just a black feel to the character. I've always thought of Goofy as Black, and B-touch confirmed that the character was based on Black comedians of the 30's.

Who else is there? Feel free to include puppets too.
