been wanting to make this post for a bit

2013 and 2014 for was the year of the drake related "liteskint men be like..." memes and jokes

the focus has been on men and how light men are never authentically black, about it, and weak.

however why is there no opposite take for light skinned women?

my stepfather used to say

"man, I was THROUGH with lite brights, they were giving me the blues..."




this posted in jest but also curious why the same thinking doesnt apply to women.


also, what ARE the light girl stereotypes?
