I deal with this person like biweekly. Go sit your old ass at home if you don't feel like working. These folks end up being knowledge hoarders and replaceable. They could just as easily be SMEs but years of being shit on and discarded has them grumpy to the point that they're planning some sabatogical exit.
Hiding reports, leaving in the middle of a project, taking six months of sick leave and then retiring, etc etc
I can't stand the boomer generation. Every day it feels like some new bullshit.
