that are near the lingering pockets of bad shit OR they are near I20 or 75/85, which make them easy targets for in-and-out quick robberies. Not that it is a rampant thing happening all the time, but it's happening. If she can go a bit north of that budget, downtown Decatur is about the safest and most friendly OTP area that would also still be within manageable distance to Clarkston. Or get a roommate. The days of Atlanta being an affordable place for a single renter are pretty much over for now, thanks to the film industry and spike in millennials moving here.
