and most and if not all members of ISIS are prepared to die for the cause. they expect it, even. they welcome it. as if they're on some apocalyptic shit.

so i dunno that waging war w/them is the answer. unless there's some assurance of absolute annihilation. but ISIS will not surrender - there will be no peace treaty coming out of this. and ISIS isn't the problem as much as the ideas that drive it are the problem. and the ideas may be rooted in some practically frightening interpretations of the Koran. so i dunno that even killing every avowed member of ISIS would solve the problem.

the solution might really need to come from w/in Islam. or something. i dunno. b/c the problem here is ideology and interpretation of holy scripture more than anything else. i think. i dunno.

i just don't think bombs will solve this.
