i have a word doc template with pre populated and auto generating information, like date and electronic payment info etc. i print that to PDF and send to whoever.

it works for me. but i'd love to have it automatically handled. i just can't seem to want to pay for the service.

there are some php solutions that i've installed on my webspace, but they never really work out as sweet as i'd like them to.
