HUMAN? No Doubt!!!! Over the years I have made a conscious effort to not let color/race be the first word I use when describing people. We need to teach ourselves and our children that. Your color is not the definition of you. Now I will not deny that there are some things that are definitley indeginous to Black folk but there are a whole lot of adjectives that we can use to describe HUMANS. However, I digress. This is another post.

But your solution is right on time. And I don't say that just because I've already suggested it to Mister G ^up top. But it's a good thing to do. Perhaps we can make a plea to all currently "colleged" OKP's to make such a gesture. And if one of them is in a town near us "arrived" folks, we can help them out. I'd be willing to go to Orangeburg and help out Wise 7 if he chooses to build a bridge between Claflin and the University of SC. hell, I went to both schools. I could really be useful.
