Not a fair comparison. KRS was a pioneer. PAC was/is a post NWA thug. The difference being radio, MTV, and media in general had no interest in hiphop when Kris first dropped and for the majority of his carreer. Pac had the luxury of building on those that came before him. The discussion of course is what are you considering when you judge who the greatest is. There are pretty good arguments for both. It's a tough call man!
