I'll agree with my man, as far as I'm concerned Pac was the greatest. And Mos and Common are my favorite MC's. Personally, and "I am hiphop" the KRS as #1 cries always strike me as ridiculous. Kris only reached who he was supposed to reach: HEADS. 2Pac reached out and touched more people than this music ever did before. So if you're comparing impact I would say Pac has him by a long shot there. Besides KRS has whole albums of questionable material. And Ra may have nicer lyrics but Pac gets my vote on vocal delivery and listenability even diversity. Let's be honest Ra has a patent flow that doesn't vary very much. Nor do his beats or his subject matter. I'm going with Pac and I haven't heard his latest. And yes he is a martyr, making him even more important. You think kids growing up now know "Criminal Minded"? And the cat is still alive... Hating on Kris will stop now.
