yo, just got the XB1 for $189 at best buy. till 11/15/2014 they are running a deal with guaranteed $100 gift card for trade in of 360 or PS3 plus and extra $50 if you put towards an XB1. here's the thing, they also give another $10 for each controller you turn in, including the one that comes with the system.

breakdown:
+ $349 XB1 bundle sale price (i got the AC Unity)
- $100 console trade in
- $10 controller trade in
- $50 extra trade in till 11/15/2014

= $189 for brand new XB1 bundle.
