bought the DS414 and three 3TB WD Red NAS drives today

it was time ... lol

i copped a new macbook pro last month and needed to build an ecosystem that allows me to work/play off of it and my mac mini seamlessly

my goal this year is to really get into travel hacking so i am planning to travel quite a bit so a home based server will be indespensable

i'm stoked..can't wait to set it up
