Is there one at all? It seems like one way for Geithner and Holder to wrap all this up for Dimon & co. is to let the clock run out.

That seems like the easiest way out, but I'm not a lawyerly type.

If so, does that apply to RICO?

Civil vs. Criminal prosecutions?

Are securities violations different?
