Teofimo quelled the doubts about his mental state. He was out there showboating on Taylor. Andre Ward was on point when he said no one throws a leaping left hand like that unless they're in total control of the fight. Teofimo is really talented and a joy to watch when he's switched on. He showed that he's just on another level compared to Taylor. Taylor had an impressive run to undisputed. Despite that, I was never the biggest fan, personally. He tried some dirty tactics here against Teo (hitting him while he was caught in the ropes, pretending to touch gloves them hitting him). He did something similar against Ramirez. He wants a rematch with Teofimo but never gave Prograis a rematch for a fight that was much closer than this one. Fuck him. Move up to 147. LOL.

Munguia got pieced up by Derevyanchenko WAY more than he should've. Finally ended up dropping Derev in the 12 rd, but I still thought Munguia lost even with the knockdown.

Ellie Scotney proved herself against Cherneka Johnson in a step up fight for both ladies, becoming the new IBF Super Bantamweight Champ.

In other womens' Super Bantam news, Mayeli Flores upsets veteran Mariana Juarez with superb head movement and aggression. Some good fights for her at that weight, especially with a new UK champ and their tendency to take L's to Mexican fighters.
