If it takes a freeze frame of the muscle movement of Llorente's arm from a weird alt angle to determine there was a glance off it before it hits his hip, then that isn't clear and obvious evidence to overturn the original decision. The last manager on earth that should be baying for that sort of dissection in the game to spot something that hidden is Pep.
