For 14 weeks, they didn’t, lowlighted by the Saints debacle. They had hangover effect and injuries as valid excuses, but it wasn’t the heart of a champion title defense we craved...until it was. They got it just in time, fought superior opponents tooth and nail, and shocked the world three times before falling to the best team in football in dramatic fashion. Job well done, gentlemen.

There’s a lot to do in the off-season. We need a back, oline help, a downfield threat, pass rushers, and cornerbacks. A return to health and a full Wentz offseason should help. Can’t wait.
