while he's not quite a zany as Klopp (is anyone?) he's kind of got that same positive vibe that seems to work better with the modern big club soccer player, BUT he'll still get in that ass if need be much like Klopp.
obviously it's quite a wait and see, but him being of the club might go a long way more than hiring a "big name."
