the NFL and the Ravens has seen the Ray Rice tape and suspended him 2 games. After the tape went public and the subsequent outcry they decided to suspend him AGAIN indefinitely for the same incident.

With Kareem Hunt, supposedly the NFL and the Chiefs hadn't seen the tape and when the Chiefs officials questioned Hunt about the incident and he LIED about it.
