like, 5 racks of 5 balls around the 3 pt line and last years team wins going away. BUT despite losing MAAR and Mo they're definitely at finishing from within 10 feet, and taking a LOT of shots there. Dan Dakich always says that Beilein's best attribute as an offensive coach is getting guys *their* shots, and looking at Teske, Iggy, Matthews, and Z hes still doing that as well as ever.

Brazdeikis has been something else man. Im very interested to see how he's holding up against this schedule in a month or so. Hes got a solid build, so he might just hurdle the "wall".

And the stylistic makeover has been ridiculous. S/o to Luke Yaklich, and s/o to Beilein for such an insane level of self reflection to be able to say "we need to get better, and i need help to do it". Iggy and Poole have been enthusiastic if not "stoppers", Livers defends 50sq ft at once like Rasheed Wallace used to in Detroit, and Z/Matthews/Teske is a defensive big 3 that no one in the country can match. Ive said this before but the defense will legitimately give them a chance to win every game they play. Really fun to watch.
