From what I recall, Steph showed up to a Panthers/Niners game in 2016 in a Panthers jersey. May have even sat in the Owner's box. That was excused because:

1. He's Steph and he gets to do whatever he wants in the Bay Area.

2. He'd won a championship by then.

3. He's always been upfront about his unabashed Panthers fandom. Shoot, in Superbowl 50 at Levi's he banged the Panthers drum to bring out the team.
