but at the same time the interview and all the follow up bullshit along with the screaming and sideline shit is aggravating

nothing wrong with getting your team amped up vocally, do that.

but outbursts and venting is probably off-putting to other guys.

I said the same shit about Dez too, when he would yell at Romo and Witten had to calm him down.
