Low-upside, but I fell in love with his game this year. He is a straight-up nosetackle -- nothing fancy, just a big-ass obstacle for the o-line to deal with on every run. If you go hat-on-hat he's not moving, and he does a fantastic job peeling off his block and making the tackle (he averaged four stops a game this year, which is really active for an interior lineman). He can also handle double-teams, and either wins a draw or splits them entirely.

His pass rushing is predictably limited...but he can get by some people if you fall asleep. He actually showed a budding swim move this season, which combos nicely with his hump move. Of course he's not a real threat at the NFL level (eight career sacks in conference play), but he'll take a charity sack if you ignore him.

I realize disruptive pass rush is sexier than ever, but he barely gets moved on most runs -- that is worth something. He won't win the weigh-in or athletic testing, he just does his job and makes the rest of his teammates look better.

+ When he's at his best, moving him is like pushing a car in sand
+ Understands leverage and extension, which is taken for granted as "teachable" but something more talented players never learn
+ Very active with proper rest and will give pursuit effort to the sidelines and downfield

- Marginal in passing game and seems to have maxed out his rush ability already
- Squatty arms and may have issues against NFL guards
