Vince doesn't see Asuka or Bayley as top talent. Sasha gets hurt too much to be top talent.
He sees Charlotte and Ronda as top talent. They got showcases. NXT and the Mae got showcases because they're Hunter and Steph's pet projects. Everybody else got a payday.
