Beagle cashes in and the Canucks are trying to build a group with character in the wake of the Sedins' departure. They need their prospects to hit because they didn't have a shot at any of the bigger names on the market and let's face it there were only a small handful of guys worth signing. 4/12M for Beagle, I think the same deal as Roussel.

Grabner to AZ, three years just north of $10M. I think this is a good value signing. He's fast, he kills penalties and he can put the puck in the net. Not much of a passer but for 3M-ish and willing to sign with a bad team he is a nice value.
