Wilt played in the developmental stages of the NBA. That doesn't mean he isn't 'a' GOAT but his play gets discounted a bit because of his era. The NBA wouldn't have gone as 'Black' as the current NBA is so a lot of talent was probably left off the table too.

I know they changed the rules for him (which is another reason his stats get discounted, imagine if Shaq had no 3 sec rule) in essence to make him less dominant but again, developmental stages of the league.

Wilt is in my top 4 (behind the obvious 3). Not sure why Vex has Magic's front running a** top 4. Top 10 sure. Not top 4.
