2641164, Ahh so your alternative is to call Jabari a liar? Bwhaahahah Posted by Orbit_Established, Fri Feb-02-18 09:32 AM
>NO SHIT WE WOULD HAVE, BECAUSE PLAYERS DON'T SAY NEGATIVE SHIT >ABOUT COACHES EVER, UNLESS THEY'RE DUMB. THAT'S MY FUCKING >POINT.
So because Jabari's comments didn't fit the bullshit narrative in your head, you ignore what he said and keep the bullshit, unsubstantiated idea in your head?
Meanwhile, Giannis OPENLY DEFENDED Kidd. You want to talk about not common? A superstar being like "I'll call management for you" isn't common either.
You didn't focus on that, though, because you guys are stinking liars.
Giannis will probably go down as one of the 3 greatest project-success stories ever. (greater than Yao, Mutumbo, or any other those guys, by a lot. Even Olajuwon was able to hone his skills in college) He OPENLY praised Kidd all the time. And when Kidd was fired, he OPENLY expressed disdain.
Comment from you? "Oh, Giannis just being loyal."
This is the double standard bullshit I'm talking about.
Give Kidd the credit -- he turned Giannis into a well rounded superstar, and Giannis the best Bucks player since Kareem, and might be the best player in the league post-Lebron.
And Kidd did not get the opportunity to coach Giannis anywhere NEAR his prime, or develop the team around the tandem of Jabari and Giannis. And he didn't, like Thibs, get the chance to bring anyone else in. (Other than Bledsoe who is mostly head-case reclamation project that is actually succeeding...but again, no credit to Kidd!)
It's unfair, full of double standards.
