He's consistently made destructive political moves throughout his playing and coaching career that should make anybody that's paying attention a little leery of his ability to build and develop constructive relationships in a basketball organization.

That makes his questionable relationship with Jabari more believable and, given the teams general lack of progress and some of the other issues directly attributable to him, gives the organization sufficient reason to make a move.

That doesn't mean prejudice plays no role; if he were white, I suspect he would've been given more times (undeservedly). That sounds more like white privilege than black oppression to me.

I understand they're 2 sides of the same coin but the nuance helps me train my ire correctly...i.e. I'd be more upset that a shiesty guy gets to keep his job unfairly than I would that a shiesty guy reasonably lost his job.
