Don't get me wrong, Pierce ABSOLUTELY deserves to have the day ALL TO HIMSELF for what he did for Boston. No argument there. Even the way he handled it with Ainge privately was cool...Ainge asked him about it, and dude was like I'd rather not share the day.

BUT

To go out of your way (moreso the rest of the old Celtics) and just dis and dismiss IT (the Isaiah who, what has he done shit) is petty as hell, and almost grimy. Dude WANTED to stay in Boston and was legit HEARTBROKEN when he got traded. Some of his best and worst moments were with Boston. This is a cat that many people felt shouldn't even have been in the league, and balled his ass off. Not only that, he stepped aside when he found out Pierce wanted the day to himself and all these heads is just dissin' him. It's bitchmade on the former Celtics to go in on Thomas like that...straight bitchmade
