My exact thoughts. Watching that game I realized they are made up of every archetype role player that "real contenders" desire...

- Second Tier All-star who defends (Dipo)
- Shot-Blocking BIG that can also stretch the floor (Turner)
- Big Wing who can shoot (Bogdanovic)
- Savvy Vet Point Guard (Collison)
- switchable-defender forward who gets hustle points (Thad Young)

They just don't have the transcendent talents. Maybe they could be the new age Sheed-Rip-Chauncey Pistons but I don't see it.
